Join our Kemer Suluada Sunset Boat trip to watch the golden hour at Turkey’s Maldives — swim in turquoise bays, explore the Love Cave and enjoy dinner onboard as the sky turns gold.
Suluada Island is Turkey’s most beautiful secret — a small island off the Adrasan coast with white sandy bays, water of extraordinary clarity and the kind of tranquillity that’s harder and harder to find on the Turkish Riviera. From Kemer, the island is under an hour away. This sunset boat tour departs in the early afternoon and is timed so that you reach Suluada’s most beautiful bays in the golden light of the late afternoon. Dinner is served onboard as the sun drops behind the Taurus Mountains, and the return to Kemer happens in the early evening — close enough to make it easy, far enough to feel like a genuine escape.
The evening version of the Suluada tour is different from the daytime version in more than just light. There are fewer boats, fewer people and a different mood entirely. The island in the late afternoon has a quality of stillness that makes the whole experience feel more personal.
• Sunset cruise to Suluada — Turkey’s Maldives
• Swimming in crystal-clear turquoise waters at Maldives Bay
• Visit the famous Love Cave (Aşk Mağarası)
• Dinner served onboard during the golden hour
• Peaceful atmosphere — evening tours are quieter than daytime
• Short transfer from Kemer — just 45–60 minutes to Adrasan
• Hotel pickup and return transfer from Kemer included
Your afternoon starts with a hotel pickup in Kemer, Beldibi or Tekirova and a short drive of approximately 45–60 minutes along the coast to Adrasan Port, passing through the pine forests and limestone scenery of Beydağları National Park. The boat departs in early afternoon, giving time for swimming before the golden hour arrives.
The first stop is Maldives Bay — the name used for Suluada’s most iconic anchorage, a shallow bay of white sand and turquoise water that has earned the island its reputation. The water is warm, exceptionally clear and calm. You’ll have a proper swim here, with time to snorkel along the rocky edges of the bay or simply float in the stillness.
From Maldives Bay, the boat moves around the island to Love Cave — a natural arch and sea cave carved into the base of Suluada’s cliffs. In the afternoon light, the water inside the cave takes on a colour that’s impossible to photograph accurately and has to be seen directly. Swimming into the cave is an experience that defines a day at Suluada.
As the sun approaches the horizon, the boat settles at anchor and dinner is served onboard. The Taurus Mountains catch the last light to the north, the sea becomes copper and then deep rose, and the sky does what Mediterranean skies do at this hour — slowly and magnificently. The return to Adrasan is in the early evening, and the drive back to Kemer is under an hour. Home before dark, with a day worth remembering.
