Booking & Payments
Choose your tour from our catalogue, pick a date and complete the booking online. You will receive an instant email confirmation with pickup details. You can also book by WhatsApp at +90 532 251 99 87.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and bank transfer. Online payments are processed through secure SSL-encrypted gateways. For some tours, you can also pay in cash to your guide on the day of the tour.
For most tours, only the booking fee is charged at checkout — the remainder is paid in cash to your guide on tour day. Private yacht charters and group bookings may require full prepayment.
Prices are displayed in EUR by default, but our switcher supports USD, GBP, RUB, PLN, TRY and more. You will be charged in your selected currency at the live exchange rate.
Yes — children aged 0–3 are usually free, and ages 4–11 receive a discount of around 50% on most tours. Exact rates are listed on each tour page.
Absolutely. We organise private boat charters, family tours and corporate groups of any size. Email info@joinusexcursions.com with your group size and dates for a custom quote.
Tours & Pickup
Yes — free pickup is included from all major hotels in Antalya, Belek, Kemer, Side, Tekirova and Olympos. The exact pickup point and time are confirmed in your booking email.
Most full-day tours pick up between 07:30 and 09:00 depending on your hotel location. Sunset and night tours typically depart in the afternoon. Your driver will message you the night before.
For boat tours: swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat. For mountain or canyon tours: comfortable shoes, light jacket and water. Cameras and small bags are welcome on all trips.
Most full-day tours include lunch (and sometimes drinks) — this is clearly marked on each tour page. Special dietary requests (vegetarian, vegan, halal, allergies) can be arranged with 24h notice.
Yes — most of our tours are family-friendly. Some adventure tours (rafting, scuba diving, quad safari) have minimum age requirements which are listed in the tour description.
Our guides speak English, Turkish and Russian as standard. On request and with advance notice, we can arrange tours in Polish, Dutch, German and Serbian.
Cancellation & Support
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour starts — full refund, no questions asked. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable unless the tour is cancelled by us.
Yes — you can move your booking to any other available date for free, as long as you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Just message us by WhatsApp or email.
If we cancel for any reason (weather, sea conditions, technical issue), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule — whichever you prefer.
Boat tours, hot air balloons and outdoor adventures depend on weather and sea conditions. Our captain or pilot makes the final call on the morning of the tour. If cancelled, you receive a full refund.
